It all began with a simple yet powerful idea. Seeking relief from the stress and muscle aches that come with the demanding life of a firefighter, our founder turned to cold plunging. Using a stock tank filled with ice, he created a makeshift cold plunge that provided immediate relief and significant improvement to his well-being. Recognizing the profound impact this practice had on his physical and mental health, he seeked a more convenient and effective solution that didn’t rely on constant ice refills.

In his garage, he built his first cold plunge, which quickly became a sought-after innovation among friends, family, and fellow firefighters. This overwhelming demand led to the birth of ‘Frank’s Cold Plunge’, our original venture that laid the foundation for what we are today.
