Iceology Cold Plunge will be delivered via LTL freight on a pallet. Once it is picked up from our facility in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, the freight carrier will call, text, and/or email you to schedule the delivery appointment. The pallet will be placed curbside at your residence, and it will be your responsibility to relocate it to your desired location and handle the disposal of the packaging. The delivery driver WILL NOT be able to help you move the tub inside or to the area you'd like to set it up.

Upon request, we can coordinate a "no signature needed" delivery appointment if you are unable to be present for delivery.
